1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce

2 tsp Garlic, Granulated

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Louisiana Grills Executive Chef Steve Grover cooks up this delicious Grilled Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. Lean chicken meatballs are grilled over high heat creating a crunchy and flavorful crust. After a brief rest, they are tossed in a delicious and zesty buffalo style sauce. This is the perfect appetizer for your game day guests who enjoy a mix of classic flavors in a new dish.  

How to Make Homemade Buffalo Sauce 

In a saucepan, melt the butter and combine with the Frank’s Redhot Sauce. Stir and keep the stove top on warm until you are ready to mix with the meatballs.  

  1. Preheat the grill to 425°F
  2. Combine the ground chicken, egg whites, Panko, onion powder, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. Try not to over mix. Form into medium sized balls.
  3. Remove the meatballs from the grill, let them rest for 5 min and toss them in the sauce.
  4. Serve with carrot, celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

From Louisiana Grills' Executive Chef Steve (@supergriller): I like to substitute 1lb of ground turkey for half the ground chicken. It adds a little more fat, this makes it not stick to the grill as much.
