Shredded coconut flakes are folded into a luscious mixture that gets added richness from our Maple Walnut Seasoning. The cookies are baked on the grill to infuse delicious wood-fired notes and a crispy and golden exterior. Bonus: for added flavor, dip in your favorite melted chocolate before serving.
In order to bring out the sweet flavors and add an extra layer of depth, we recommend using our Pennsylvania Cherry Hardwood Pellets.
Note: This recipe uses Louisiana Grills Maple Walnut Seasoning.
For a gluten-free cookie, substitute ⅔ cup all-purpose flour with ⅔ cup almond flour.
