1 cup Barbecue Sauce

green onions, chopped

1/2 Onion, Diced

2 cup pulled rib meat

1 pound spaghetti

1 tbsp Sweet Heat Rub

Cooking Instructions

Put a twist on leftover ribs with this delicious BBQ Spaghetti recipe. This Memphis BBQ classic is a great weeknight dinner and is simple to prepare and cook up.

Note: It is recommended to use Wisconsin Hickory Hardwood Pellets with this recipe.

This recipe uses Sweet Heat Rub seasoning.

  1. In a large pot, cook the spaghetti according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain and add the spaghetti back to the pot.
  2. Start your Louisiana Grill on “smoke”. Once it’s fired up, set the temperature to 250°F.
  3. Add the barbecue sauce, Sweet Heat Rub, pulled rib meat, and onion to the spaghetti and set on the grill for 10 minutes until everything is warmed through and mixed well.
  4. Garnish with green onion and serve immediately.
