Tacos get an extra healthy twist with homemade low-carb smoked tortillas filled with carne asada. Keto-friendly (underline link) and gluten-free, the tortillas are made from scratch with almond flour and flax, then smoked on the grill to pick up subtle notes of wood-fired flavor. Filled with thinly sliced marinated skirt steak, these fresh and flavorful tacos can be topped with fresh salsa, avocados or any of your favorite toppings.
Place the skirt steak in a glass 9x9” dish, then juice one lime directly over steak and season both sides with Louisiana Grills Smoky Spicy Sweet Hot seasoning. Turn steak to coat, then cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 4 hours.
