In a medium bowl, whisk together cucumber, Greek yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, grapeseed oil, red wine vinegar, mint, oregano, salt and pepper and toss.
Since lamb is a delicate meat, it would be use a hardwood with a lighter aroma such as Louisiana Grills Pennsylvania Cherry Hardwood Pellets.
For gluten free meatballs, replace the panko with gluten free breadcrumbs.
